Macaron Class

Service Description

This beginner-friendly class will teach you how to make macarons using French meringue. Also, you will make vanilla and chocolate macarons on the day and take home around 15-20 delicious macarons! Each class at the private Kitchen in Mount Pleasant is a new experience filled with delicious food and lots of fun, laughter and learning. Classes are intimate, friendly and limited to up to 6 students in a relaxed and comfortable environment to inspire you to prepare macarons at home.

Indulge yourself in the macaron-making process and enjoy some delicious tastings at the end!

The class will cover: • Baking techniques • Piping techniques • Making vanilla and chocolate fillings and flavours • Offering heaps of tips and knowledge on issues you might encounter while making macarons The class include • Macaron recipes • Macaron filling recipes • All the tools and ingredients What to bring Water bottle and yourself to have fun!   Suitable for This class is great for a team-building activity, birthday, hen's party.

Cancellation Policy

We require full payment upon booking to secure your place in a class. We do not offer cash refunds. Cancellation within 2 weeks of the booked date will be offered store credit. Late cancellation will forfeit all money paid.
