It will be a very intimate class of 1:1 or 1:2(max) participants only. During this beginner-friendly master class, you will learn how to make macarons using various technics of meringue and how to make over 30 different types of macaron fillings. Week 1: French Meringue Macarons -Learn the classic French meringue method - Make perfect macaron shells - Easy vanilla buttercream filling Week 2: Swiss Meringue Macarons - Discover the Swiss method for more stability - Chocolate French buttercream filling Week 3: Mastering Macarons with a Stand Mixer - Learn techniques for making large batches (80–100 shells) Week 4: Shaped Macarons – Advanced Batch Making - Make large batches with creative shapes - Designs include: Love hearts, teddy bears & rabbits Week 5 (Optional Add-On: +$100): Vegan Macarons - Explore egg-free macaron making -Ideal for vegan or allergy-friendly baking 
Each class at private Kitchen in Mount Pleasant is a new experience filled with delicious food and lots of fun, laughter and learning. Classes are intimate, friendly and limited to up to 2 students in a relaxed and comfortable environment to inspire you to prepare macarons at home.
